Forrest Gump, while not intelligent, has accidentally been present at many historic moments, but his true love, Jenny, eludes him.
Forrest, Forrest Gump is a simple man with a low IQ but good intentions. He is running through childhood with his best and only friend Jenny. His 'mama' teaches him the ways of life and leaves him to choose his destiny. Forrest joins the army for service in Vietnam, finding new friends called Dan and Bubba, he wins medals, creates a famous shrimp fishing fleet, inspires people to jog, starts a ping-pong craze, create the smiley, write bumper stickers and songs, donating to people and meeting the president several times. However this is all irrelevant to Forrest who can only think of his childhood sweetheart Jenny. Who has messed up her life. Although in the end all he wants to prove is that anyone can love anyone.

Quick question... I am fairly certain you already did this. I have noticed a lot of the movies recently have been done again. I am downloading and replacing but I was wondering what is changed? They only difference I noticed scanning quickly was the sound seems much lower on the new ones (not an issue as I can boost db levels) but is there some reason for redoing them? New settings? Better quality? or something?
This movie was never redo, as this is the first copy. We don't redo our old movies, at least not at this moment. So I am not to sure what you are reffering to.. We do however put a 1080p copy up of movies that are on the site as 720p but we dont redo them.

I have seen this movie loved tom's performance but i did not understand the movie. I liked how he cared for jenny and how is mom loved him but the rest of the (unbelievable) things that come in his life what was the purpose of showing that? If he is shown as dumb then it is but natural that he will always care for his loved ones coz for dumb people other worldly things don't matter and this could have been shown without all the dreamy things that happen in his life.
On second thoughts if everyone was as dumb as Forrest gump, there would be no wars, no fights, no killing. Only Peace would prevail.

at first i thought this movie is stupid... but after watching this movie, there r no words to say.. this is one of the best movie i`ve ever seen, i too have Forrst Gump like Friends who are Dumb on faces but care and love and intelligent from inside.. I LOVE THIS MOVIE AND YIFY... Thanks a lot... need some more movies like this one.... Really Fab movie...
